I live in Rock Hill and typically get my IID calibrated locally, but after several unfortunate experiences, I traveled about 40 minutes to Elite Auto. Joe answered the phone and was extremely kind- saying I could drop by any time before six. I got there around 3:50pm and was in and out by 4:15. The guy at the counter was easy to talk to and at no point did I feel like an inconvenience to them. Joe calibrated my handheld in a short amount of time even though he was busy. He made time for me and was pleasant the whole time. Most shops I’ve gone to get aggravated when an IID customer comes in because it takes time away from more important deadlines they need to meet, but the gentlemen here never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable. 10/10 customer service.

I recently had subs installed in my car by Elite Auto Salon and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The sound quality is amazing, and the installation looks seamless. Not to pricey on the bank either! Definitely the place to go for your audio needs . Jo gets you right every time . Had some issues finding a box for behind my seat in my truck thought I was gonna get stuck with a small single wedge box but Jo got me hooked up with a dual ported box that fits perfectly. Wasn’t just trying to sell me something to make the money he actually took the time to make sure we were getting the option best for me
